Meri Padosan: Dilpreet

50 more days to count before SAS-9 (space and atmospheric science -9) group will have to part ways and go back to their respective places. I’ve already started feeling nostalgic about the days spent together with all of you (SAS-9 friends). I m really going to miss those uncountable happy moments together of our 9 months stay at ISRO residence. Before leaving, I thought that I should give you all some memories to cherish ... so I decided to dedicate a blog to each of you (Don’t worry only good things are on the way :P). Writing takes lot of thinking and basically appropriate mood is required to pen down feelings in best possible way. That is the reason why I have started writing much prior to 30th April.

Hmmm so coming back to my padosan (neighbour) : Dilpreet.. Girl with most loving heart.

Dilpreet (DP; as we call her) was the first person of our course whom I met on the first day of my arrival at ISRO residence. Believe me it was ‘ friendship at first sight :P’.  She knows almost everything about me. She was there when no body knew that I was going through a PHASE in my life. She is the closest witness of the ups and downs, undergone by my life during this course. We shared feelings, food and fun throughout which strengthened our bond so much that we became besties and eventually adopted each other as sisters. When DP used to come to my room to chat with me, time would fly at its fastest pace. When I used to starve due to my laziness for cooking, she cooked for me and fed me; moreover she always tolerated my cooking experiments.

DP is an extravagant animal lover and in her company I also developed a soft corner in my heart for dogs. Raising puppies, collecting donation for their food in the campus was one of the best experiences of my life so far. I really thank her for making me aware of the pain of helpless animals whom I’ve been ignoring  so far in my life. I started finding joy in helping animals which was the best medicine to heal my wounded heart.
Going shopping with DP was real fun. So far I used to think that I was better at bargaining but believe me, DP is best.  Trying new kind of food at almost all food outlets in Bopal and those uncountable Ice cream and pani puri treats. Face pack treatments at hostel and clicking selfies endlessly .. I m going to forget none.
I thank her for helping me with extra efforts in completing the tasks given by the teachers at SAC and for her contribution in availing considerably good scores in the tests.

Off course the ‘7 months 10 days’ story cannot be expressed in few words.. But some1 has very well said ‘love needs no words’.

With tons of love,
DP I wish you All the best in life .. May you soar high and high.

The one

This is a story of HER! Today she depicts her story in her own words! For THE ONE who wants to know HER! she's clumsy, she's unmanageable sometimes, But she will be there to manage your any of the worst times!! Her mood swings are difficult to judge and confusing as well, But her heart is the safest place where you can dwell!! She might be broken in pieces when she smiles at you bright, The only thing she wants is THE ONE who holds her hand tight!! She is scared to believe and trust anyone, But now she's relieved, bcz she trusts more than herself in THE ONE!! She's rude and miserable you can say, But she's strong enough to find her own ways!! She ll hide her feelings from the world around her, But deep in her heart she knows THE ONE who matters to her!! She's the one who depends on you the most, But don't judge her though as this is the way she shows her trust!! She's not the most beautiful girl you could find,  But she promises you to make the MOMENTS M...

PJ King : Chintan Jethva

Suppose you are in a strange land with no known people around you and coincidentally you find a person from your place (country/state/city) whom you had never met before. Only thing you know about him/her is that he/she is from your land. At once you’ll be friends with that person and a fabric of trust will connect you both immediately. This is exactly how I felt when I first met this extremely crazy person; Chintan. Being only kid at home I always missed those funny sibling rivalries. Though, I requested all neighbourhood guys in my society to be my brothers so that on Rakshabandhan day I can earn some gifts. Growing up playing with them was ultimate childhood experience but they never fought with me.  So I was pretty hopeless of finding a part time sibling to fight with, unless I met Tin Tin.  Yes. That is how I shout at Chintan.         Cartoon-giri This guy is extremely moody. No one in SAS-9 is spared experiencing Tin T...

The Unsettling Questions...

Today Kanika came back from her office little early. She made some sandwiches for her dinner and comforted herself on couch in front of the TV. She changed almost all channels but couldn’t find any interesting show to watch. She had some shopping to do but she delayed that on weekend as she was not willing to step out of her home after an exhausting day at work. Playing some songs of her customised playlist, she ate her dinner. While she was having dinner, her phone vibrated many times to give the notification that there might be some whatsapp messages but today Kanika was not interested in chatting with friends. Last two years were very difficult for her and had completely transformed her. She always tried to keep herself more and more busy. Even when she was unwilling to go out and hang out with friends, she did so because she wanted herself to be extremely busy with everything and anything so that her heart could never peep in the past. Inspite of trying very hard to heal herself ...
